Large Bore Lathes
RKN heavy-duty lathes for large-bore and marine hoses apply rubber, fabric, helix wire and cable reinforcement efficiently. Each machine is custom-built around the hose size, length, weight and type.
Despite their size, the machines keep tight pitch control and apply reinforcement accurately, thanks to a robust mechanical design and a servo-controlled drive between mandrel rotation and cart motion.
