Multi-Wire Spiraling Machines
Multi-wire spiraling machines for high and extremely high pressure hoses on flexible or rigid mandrels. The design is based on compact decks with a limited number of carriers, each loaded with several wires. This makes the process very reliable and keeps hose quality stable, even at larger diameters.
A special brake system on each carrier and a synchronous servo drive between the spiraling decks and the traction device lay the wires at constant tension and with high precision. A dedicated wire guide and preformer tooling for each diameter give a consistent curl.

Machines with electronic brakes have closed-loop load cells on each creel position; mechanical versions use brake cams. A synchronised servo drive with software control keeps spooling precise.

Mandrel Blow-Out & Proof Test Cells
Complete equipment for blowing out flexible mandrels and proof testing hoses. An expandable coiler eases mandrel detachment, while dedicated clamps hold the hose ends securely. The proof test uses a high-pressure plunger pump unit, combined with an air pump for very high test pressures.
The system delivers fast, reliable mandrel blow-out and a precise multi-phase proof test. Dedicated software controls each phase of the cycle, with recipe management, graphs and an automatic test report. Each cell is designed to the customer's layout.
